Reviews for Naya restaurant
Review highlights
Based on 809 reviewsNaya restaurant in Baghdad is widely praised for its authentic Levantine and Syrian cuisine, with many reviewers highlighting the flavorful dishes and skilled chef. The establishment offers a comfortable environment split between a non-smoking ground floor and a shisha-friendly upper floor, catering to diverse preferences. Customers appreciate the attentive service and family-friendly amenities, including a children’s playroom and a private parking garage. While the atmosphere, especially the glass-roofed upper floor, receives positive remarks, some guests note discomfort with seating arrangements and the presence of hookah smoke. Pricing is generally viewed as reasonable given the portion sizes, though a few menu items, like the pizza, were less favored. Overall, Naya is recognized as a popular dining spot blending quality food with welcoming service in Baghdad.
One of the distinctive restaurants that serves Western and Eastern dishes, especially Syrian. The taste is very good, the service is very good, and the prices are above average. There is a free private garage for cars, and there is a free children's playroom. However, the seating was not comfortable, and the hookah smoke was annoying.
As levant cuisine enthusiast they met my expectation. Fast service and good taste. Divided into 2 floors, ground floor for non smoking while the upper floor can serve Shisha. It is considered as cafe and restaurant. Their chef is amazing. I asked for Hummus with meat, Tawook, maklouba with lamb meat and spiced fried potatoes, all of it were amazing. Prices were acceptable regarding the portion size and the service. The waiters were very friendly and professional with fast service. Parking is free and the tea with some sweets is also included as a free service.
The food was so delicious, the service, the location and the place decoration were excellent. Also, there’s a play area for kids. However, I wouldn’t recommend the pizza.
This is one of my favorite places in baghdad, the food is really delicious and the service is really good, the waiters noticed that i don't drink aquafina water (cause I'm boycotting,????????) and they bought me another brand, it was really respectful and kind
I love this place despite the amazing taste food tooked minutes to be served . The atmosphere in the last floor was amazing due to the glass roof
